A high pressure cleaner is a machine that rushes a surface of a surface by using a power plant to generate high pressure water from a high pressure piston pump. There are several reasons for the pressure instability of the high pressure cleaner:
1. If the inlet valve is not tightly closed, it will cause leakage of high pressure water to the low pressure system (water supply system). Check whether the high pressure water outlet flow is reduced, whether the pressure is decreasing, and whether the water supply pipe is shaken.
2. If the drain valve is not tightly closed, it will cause high pressure washer to leak between several stuffing boxes. Check whether the high pressure water outlet flow is reduced, whether the pressure is decreasing, and whether the high pressure hose is shaken.
3. If the nozzle is worn, cracked or clogged, it will also cause flow change and pressure change, but there will be no phenomenon that the water supply hose or high pressure water pipe is shaken;
4. If the nozzle selection is too small, the nozzle flow rate and the pump unit flow rate and speed are not suitable properly, which may result in severe periodic pressure fluctuations or failure to reach the set pressure;
5. If the pressure regulating valve seals fault, the seal is squeezed and the torn residue is stuffed between the valve core and the valve sleeve, causing the movement of the valve core to be blocked and the position to be misaligned, and there will be irregular changes in the outlet pressure. A large amount of water discharge at the vent, a decrease in the flow rate of the high-pressure water outlet, and a decrease in pressure, accompanied by abnormal noise in the pressure regulating valve;
6. If the valve port of the valve core or valve seat is damaged, it cannot be closed tightly, and there will be a large amount of water leakage at the overflow port, a decrease in the flow rate of the high pressure water outlet, and a decrease in pressure.
